The first time I tried making these melting moments from TGBB, it was a bit of a disaster and due to my impatience I gave up. However, they looked so nice that I was determined to make them. So after getting some tips from Mary-Anne (http://timetocookonline.com/title/) I tried again and this was the result! 🙂 They were a real hit at work. They’re so crumbly so really do melt on your tongue. Will definately be making them again!

I love the great british bake off & can’t beleive I didn’t watch the first series. I treated myself to the book & also edd kimble’s book (he won the first series). I made the lemon tart as I love the smell & tangy taste of lemons. It was easier than I thought to make. Think I was too eager to cut it & eat it though-found that after I left it for a bit it set and tasted nicer
